As a firm with QuickBook Professional Advisor status we are able to provide a high level of support for QuickBooks users – both Online and Desktop. adsl-it have been helping QuickBooks users since 1996,
We therefore have many years of supporting organisations adopting, migrating to, and maximising their use of QuickBooks. Many of the organisations adsl-it support have multiple users either in the cloud or shared over in-house servers.
In many cases we can solve any issues quickly over the ‘phone or via a remote support session. If not, then we are more than happy to visit. In the rare occasions where a problem arises that is new to us and can’t be resolved – we have priority access to Intuit’s support staff in the UK.
Where companies have an annual support package with us we can provide support for QuickBooks at a much lower cost than via Intuit or other sources. Also, we know your staff and set up and can therefore make sure any support or advice is relevant and fits in with your environment and preferences.
For our key clients we are able to provide significant discounts on the software and subscriptions and support costs for QuickBooks online or the desktop versions. We have migrated a number of our organisations to QuickBooks Online and can do the same for you.
Note that our discounts are permanent – not limited to the first six months of your QuickBooks Online subscription. Plus we will support you with the move to an online version.
